Shipping

We do our best to ship items out as soon as we can.  Ready made items will be shipped from us within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase (NOT including weekends and holidays).  Made to order and custom items may take additional time of up to 1-2 weeks.  Please see each individual item for more information.

All items ship directly from Hawaii.  

Domestic Shipping (USA):  We will either ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on the size and weight of the package.  A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.

International Shipping: Please send us an email with your mailing address and choice of items to get an international shipping quote. Price of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the package. Please keep in mind that international shipping can take anywhere from 1-several weeks, and the delivery time will vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes to be delivered, once the package has left our hands.  Some countries impose a duty or fee for international packages.  These duties/fees are the responsibility of the buyer.    Sorry, but we will NOT mark down invoices or mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees (this is illegal). Most international orders will not come with tracking numbers. If you would like to pay extra for Priority Mail International or Express Mail International, this will cost approximately $30-40 for shipping. Contact me for more info on international shipping.

Mailing Insurance:  Shipping prices do not come with insurance included.  If you would like to purchase insurance for an additional fee, please contact us prior to purchasing.  We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged during transit to you.


Custom Items

Custom items may take up to 1-2 weeks extra to produce and ship, as custom items are made to order. Most times, it will take less than 1 week to produce made-to-order items--but during peak business times please allow and be aware of additional time needed to produce quality orders.

Custom orders require that you respond promptly to emails sent from me regarding choices of stones, colors, sizing, etc., so please check your email after ordering. We are not responsible for additional delays with orders due to unanswered emails from customers.


Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 7 days for a STORE CREDIT. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition you received it in: unused, unworn, & with the original packaging and packing slip. You must email us prior to returning any item.

Your store credit, minus shipping, will be processed within 1-3 days after the package is received. We are not responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, so please insure your packages with tracking. We do NOT refund shipping or pay for return shipping.

Sale items and custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for more information on exchanges and returns.
